I would tend to ignore the first four ingredients to an Irish coffee and insist that it is good for me because it has water.

What a very strange and probably inaccurate post. Most things in moderation have if not positive health benefits, neutral benefits. Its not like people have Irish coffee 5 times a day every day.
Caffeine in moderation is not bad for you and is reputed to aid memory, as well as giving you a perk up
Alcohol in moderation has good effects in the body
Fat-cream, we need 20-25% fat in our diet, better some nice cream than eating a bag of crisps or the fat on a steak
Sugar-yes, not good but in moderation relatively harmless
Put them together in an Irish coffee and you have something that makes you feel good. With 1/3 people in the world suffereing depression at one time, feeling good has to be good.
As for water, well fish f..k in it.
