Would I make it on time crossing to Vientiane?

I will be arrive (Weekday)at Udon Thani around 18:15 by Nok Air.

Would I make it on time to Nongkhai Friendship bridge crossing to Vientiane? What time do they shut the bridge?
Would anyone make a suggestion how to do if I couldn't make it on time?

The overtime rate is $1 on weekends, holidays, or after 4pm.
