Thanks, tawan3. It verifies my suspicions that only TOT seems to be presently blocking YouTube.

Well, it seems I can't get with my IP server CAT Telecom, blocked???. Maybe they all will follow suit in time.

Although the message did not state a survey was taken we can assume that TOT is a member and that organization has decided that you tube's content is not suitable for Thai people. Further more can assume that the organization is responsible for Thai public mental health therefore took the action to disconnect the web site how they arrived to this conclusion is not stated maybe survey, poll or just opinion..

As you can see "Thai Organization" requires alot of assumptions from the translator which I did not do the first time Sorry about that

Glad to see we have someone in this forum conversant with Thai script, anyway.

Sounds like a few TOT and CAT executives got together and made the decision to block YouTube even though ICT apparently gave a green signal to allow access. I use it mainly to watch old rock and country music videos but guess I can survive without it.

YouTube is back on, at least it is with TT&T
