Young Woman Serial-Kicks Men in Genitals

Apparently she hangs out in Langley, which neighbours Surrey where I live here in B.C., Canada.

It sure strikes me as odd in this day and age that a single young woman would make predatory attacks upon men. Usually, a single woman is rather more likely to be uneasy, I'd think, when around a strange male with no one else around. To think that she seizes upon that condition as an opportunity to wantonly assault HIM just about seems incomprehensible.
