The day is approaching where those aspiring for selection in the AFL national draft will have to provide a Statutory Declaration that they have engaged in homosexual activity and this will need to to be corroborated by medical professionals to say that his back passage has been violated by some leather clad tail gunner. In Australia, the push by the AFL to be seen to be supportive of the sexually disenfranchised is remarkable given that to coach at any AFL level involving junior footballers of any gender requires the issue of a 'blue card' which infers that the holder does not have any predatory convictions involving minors.

My 6 year old grandson chastened me for wanting to give him a hug and a kiss before going to school. He advised me that boys do not kiss boys. Initially l was taken aback, but quickly regathered myself and thought yes, we have got a keeper here.

C,mon wazza, not fair. It will be long time before the blues "bend over" to pick up the pot of gold at the end of the swans rainbow.

My post was inferring that PC has weaseled its way into all aspects of life to an extent that IMO is to far.
Just play footy and leave politics and religion and what ever else out of it, yes chastise those who demean others with uncalled for comments but the larrikinism of the aussie is being lost.

But perhaps it's all to late, as what us League followers called aussie rules as a joke, in years gone by, is closer to being truth than we think....you know the NSW phrase.....Cross Country ballet.

Good luck to all the teams who make the 8.

Missed this thread heaps.

Cross country ballet? That's what Laurie Daley's teams play.

Go the Bombers. Hird and Little are in the history books. OK, I'm going to turn the telly off for a few minutes on grand final day.

And the dream continues for another week at least. Big 8 pointer against the Dons next week. Was terrible to lose good old Dale Morris for the rest of the year today. We will really miss him in the back half and it could be the end of the road given he is 34/35. Old Bob Murphy struggled today and may have to make way for someone a bit younger and faster if we are to keep up with Essendon's speedsters.
Another walk in the park for the Swannies again this evening. Hope your mob aren't peaking to early wazza and tt.
Geelong getting done last night and Port choking at the G today throws everything up in the air again.

ok, so who tipped Tiges to win ? I didnt

Still close games and upsets this round.

Watched the Swans and Franklin is a key player that needs to be shut down, but geez heeney is a champion already

I would say he will be a our highest points scorer for the Brownlow.

Tiges were great Wazza but the plastics have their heads that far up their asses they risk achieving nothing. It's still very much a week to week thing with form apart from the Swannies who have been super consistent all season. Tiges - plastics and Wobbles - Weagles could be seen as upsets or just home ground advantage wins. Let's see how we all go again next week. Carn the Scray.

Consistent is the word

7 straight losses and 5 straight wins ??

Chance to grab a spot up the ladder this week, but PA has a mean % @ 131

Moment of truth Wazza, Swannies v Hawks, they have had the wood on the swans winning 5 of the last 7, win tomorrow night and the whole ball game changes. Kennedy's 200th game against his old club, a win to the swans, a fitting tribute to Luke Hodge at the end given it will be his last game against the bloods would be a great night all round.

Certainly is a congested pack and most certainly will be make or break for some.
A loss to the swans early on the weekend will most definitely provide incentive for the game s to follow.
Big one is the WB and my dark horse prediction the bombers.
A surprise win this week by the mighty blues could cause some stress for the pussy cats.

Is building up to a entertaining finish to the normal round comp.

Hopefully your dark horse will do the right thing and knock off the Dogs Barney. I don't often barrack for the Hawks but I'll bring a box of tissues to the sports bar tomorrow to hopefully dry Wazza's tears after a Swans loss.
I new I should've moved in to management when I had the chance. I noticed your UM posts quadruple when you're wirking Barney.

Ive just scrubbed Bombers off my list of teams I hope win this round, after derogatory remarks from some members.

Few close ones for sure, safe money is buying meat tray tickets this weekend .

Big thanks to the "Sports Bar" in soi sampan for providing a box of tissues to dry Wazza's tears and to Harry's Handle Bar for prividing the chicken wrap comfort food to help to take away Wazza's pain after the Swans loss.

Go Bombers!
