I'm a fan of Lazada, just like I'm a fan of Amazon when I'm in the US. The variety of products available on Lazada seems to be growing by the minute......and delivery to your door makes it all the better. Although savings vary, most times it's easily 20%.....then factor in the savings of not dealing with shopping at a big store.
Most interesting is that Lazada is part of the Alibaba Group.....Chinese owned. Judging by the plethora of Kerry delivery vehicles and substations around town, many Thais seem to be taking advantage of Lazada's reach into commerce in Thailand.
Interesting times!

Re: Asia's Amazon
I'll echo on Lazada. My first order through them was a 169 baht doohickey COD item which according to their description shipped from abroad. One week later a Kerry delivery screeches to a halt out front with a little box. Guy holds out his phone and I fat finger my X on it and off he goes. Thirty minutes later I get the email saying my order is complete. Kerry, however, is not the only delivery provider. DHL and the regular ground post as well as others I have never heard of deliver as well. Left up to the vendor on how to ship I suppose. Only had one case out of about 30 where I didn't receive items and got refund fairly quickly. Never anything damaged. Good service, least for me out here in Jack-Ass-Flats!
Hit 'em hard, hit 'em fast, hit 'em with the one they don't expect, and just keep hitting.
