Swansea have turned down a £30m offer from Everton to sign Gylfi Sigurdsson, according to the Daily Mirror.
They also claim Everton will announce the signing of Malaga striker Sandro Ramirez straight after the European U21 Championship.
That deal impacts Swansea because Malaga are targeting Borja Baston to replace Sandro.

From BBC @ 16:05 Manchester United have agreed a fee in the region of £75m for Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.
United are understood to have been pursuing Lukaku for most of the summer.
They now will not be pursuing their interest in Real Madrid’s Alvaro Morata.
The move for Lukaku is not connected to talks aimed at taking Wayne Rooney to Everton.
United hope to conclude the deal by Sunday.

Latest update for 747man
Romelu Lukaku is set to have a medical with Manchester United after they agreed to pay Everton an initial £75m for the Belgium international.
The deal for the 24-year-old striker is also believed to include a further £15m in add-ons.
United said they were "delighted to announce a fee has been agreed with Everton" and the move was "subject to a medical & personal terms". (BBC Sport)
And no need for Everton fans to be downhearted is there ? After all,you are getting Wayne Rooney back !
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.

Re: English Premier League 2016/17
I read that Rooneys wages were 13m GBP for the remainder of his contract.Even if they still have to pay half his wages its a good saving just to get him off the books.
Superb player in his day but in a steep decline for the last couple of seasons.Surprised Koeman has agreed to the deal being done unless he's happy for someone else to be called "fatty" at Goodison ?
But Rooney is already taking his new role at Everton seriously. Here he is at a McDonalds drive thru in Macclesfield early last week !

MORE FROM LUKAKU
“I’ve always said I want to play for a team that is challenging for every trophy that there is,” he added.
“I think Manchester United want to be that dominant force. If you look at the history it says enough.
“To become part of a club like them is something I really wanted and I am thankful for the opportunity they gave me.
“Now it’s time to work hard, harder than I did before, and I am willing to do it. Hopefully it will come a good way.”
Personally I'd prefer to sign a player who will ALWAYS give everything for the team than one that knows he doesn't give everything and is prepared to admit it
