It depends completely on what control he has over the transfer market at the club.
Luk made it absolutely clear a year ago that he was on his way.
If the manger knew that & didn't ask/demand that a new striker of equivalent value was found to replace him was found then I agree he should go.
Given that they made a half hearted attempt to snatch a striker from The Gunners then that seems unlikely.

Maybe they should re-appoint David Moyes ? After all,he has recent experience of leading a team into the Championship !
