The only ones I have met in Issan have indeed been working girls.
Working as English language teachers.
But that was only a couple over the years.
Without wishing to be too obvious The Philippines would certainly probably be a better looking place.
If it must be Thailand, for some reason, then the North East is about the last place to start looking.

Don't be a loser, don't comment on others if u haven't achieved a thing.

My daughter has two Filipina ballet instructors at her music school.
The Centara previously had a nice Filipina singer in the evenings, though she seems to have moved on, as has the Filipina who used to work at Good Everything. There were also some associated with the Church on Prajak Road opposite the former Mojo's location. Am not sure this is germaine to the question of OP, though am adding to the list of Filipinas who are here working etc. If there are any here, they probably go to a Catholic church.

If they follow the Hong Kong tradition, the Filipinas will be named Maria, and meet at the town centre on Sundays. Furthermore, they will be working girls employed as maids to well-to-do Sino-Thai families in Udonthani. 555+
