Nice to see the Udon Expats new singing Totty (from Roma Karaoke) get on the scoresheet ......Right from the opening minute she had them bemused and with only 4played the Everton Defence were already broke and on their backs =P~

Udon Boss Mamasan said it was a good work out for a short time but they would need to stay focused for the whole session, as late on one defender had to make a header off "Line" whilst the keeper was still on "Facebook"

Asked about the rumoured interest being shown by the expats in Neymar, Mamasan said that the owners (Worshipful company of Goldsmiths) had already said that they would prefer to use their tried and tested transfer policy of bringing in plenty of experience from Pattaya FC and getting them to teach all the young local home grown talent which can then be sold on to the big boys \:D/

Seems 747 stopped watching at half time anyway!!

We Leeds fans accept that we are presently a 2nd tier club so a narrow defeat to a top flight team isn't too bad really and, certainly not rubbish. At least we are the top team in our City!!!

Concerning teams from a couple of grass roots leagues (France & Spain)

Just had a friend in Scotland contact me

"I've just seen this on Sky sports but I canna tell ye what its aboot as I dunna nee an Neymar"

PSG PRESS CONFERENCE

This is a definite 'wait and see', but PSG have called a press conference in Miami at 11pm French time. No word on what it's about - could be their game against Juventus tomorrow, could be a signing - but Barcelona also have a press conference at 11.30pm French time, which is set to feature Gerard Pique.

And from there to someone who seems to crawl out of the woodwork almost as often ....

PENNANT TO JOIN BILLERICAY

Bostik League Premier Division club Billericay Town are set to make another high-profile signing in former Arsenal, Liverpool and Stoke City winger Jermaine Pennant.

Owner Glenn Tamplin has massive plans for the Essex club and hopes the likes of Pennant and last season's additions Jamie O'Hara and Paul Konchesky will see them speed through the leagues.

Billericay are short-price favourites to win the Step Three league this season and secure the first of three promotions they would need to reach the EFL.

A good win for LUFC in their last pre-season game at ER at the weekend.
This seasons Championship is going to be a lot closer than last year When Newcastle and Brighton ran away with the top 2 places. I can't see that happening this time. Quite a few teams in the mix this season, should be an interesting one for sure.

Theres probably about a dozen teams who will fancy their chances of promotion and I'm going to go for this.......
Champions - Fulham
Runners up - Leeds United
Play off winners - either Middlesborough or Norwich
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.

At the mo I reckon it's the Smoggies to lose,
Leeds, Sheff Wed, Fulham (if they actually want to get promoted), Villa (if Captain J(i)terry) has got any "legs" left and Birmingham fighting it out for the other 2 places.
Dark Horse will be Preston North End
Don't see any reason to change my earlier predictions.

If Scunny get Toney on loan for the full season they will go up 8-[

Neymar to complete his 198m move from Barcelona to PSG in the next couple of days.
He will get a salary of over 40 million GBP yearly before tax.
It makes Everton look short changed in the Lukaku deal in comparison. :D
Never mind you've got Rooney......I know its been said before. :badteeth:

Rooney was a great servant at United for a long time but the past 2 or 3 seasons he has been piss poor. And on 300k a week as well.United fans will tell you they are glad to get him off the books at last, not hurt at all !
Personally I'm very surprised that Koeman sanctioned the transfer. His best days are long gone and I cant see him making much of an impact for you.
I may be wrong but dont think so.
