Thanks for the reminder, DM. It had completely slipped my mind.
Considering your generous offer, I will be hoping for Scunny to be promoted. :D
In this event, you will be playing Leeds United, and has they proved in their recent tour of Burma, they can defeat nations.
So you don't have much chance.

Local football: No game for 8th place and fading fast Udon this week. Other results could see them drop to 10th.
Meanwhile a cracking game in store for Nongbua Pitchaya this evening. Following their unexpected first defeat of the season last week, a chance to bounce back when they take on PTT Rayong, the team who have taken top spot. So it's 2nd v 1st in Nongbualamphu. [-o<

Yes the MIGHTY WHITES v The MIGHTY BURMESE NATIONAL SIDE .. a real footballing world power house

Pleased you are rooting for a Scunny win and promotion .. not only for the 50 bt pint but i know you are a closet Iron fan ..alas you have more pressing issues tomorrow evening with the Ban Huay Butcher :yikes:

Big game in NBLP ..tomoz im betting on some dubious reffing decisions , dodgy pens n sendings off a plenty , hand bags at dawn bitch fights between players .. Thai refs are mostly crap , small man syndrome and have to be the star of the show makes their wieners bigger... its got a 2-2 draw written all over it this one.

6-30 PM ..Sky sports football .. Guinness n pizza @ The Tap

Just how could i do that when we no longer are the owners of the Tap ... they need to cover their AC , STAFF expenses even after i give them a free keg ..and 50 bt for an imported pint that is normally 180-200 is still an excellent deal ..isnt it ????

OF COURSE this is all subject to SCUNNY getting promoted !!! solets all cheer on The Iron this evening even YOU 474 !! then drag yer tight scouse arse down from Nongers for a 50 bt pint will be loverly to see you cos it means Scunny went up

FULL-TIME
Scunthorpe 2-2 Rotherham
The Iron were behind twice but scored a scrappy goals each time to equalise.
As they lost both league games against Rotherham this season it is an improvement.
Away goals count for nowt in this so it is all square for the return leg...

I reckon the fat bloke that scored the second equaliser was going to take his shirt off and celebrate but then thought better of it. Great to watch a game with heart and soul supporters getting into it from the terraces.

Agree .. both towns Scunny and Rotherham are only 50kms apart and both are ...lets say a tadge rough industrial locations , real old style proper pubs and football is a big part of life there ...thats what you see on the terraces working class people getting behind their team n town ...no executive prawn sarnie munchers allowed!! ..Bovril lard butties n chips is the staple diet of the die hard fans ...im hoping who ever wins from Scunny n Rotherham go on to beat Charlton or Shrewsbury to go up.
BTW the fat bloke HERO saved a few quid and a yellow card as fines are issued to players n clubs when a shirt is taken off , i once did it and was arrested !! ... i was in Asda at the time tho.

Watched the game with my son and hes now a SCUNNY fan thru n thru .. but did say all the fans look like nutters n why so many police    .. REPLY this aint Udon V NBLP ...its real football GRASS ROOTS NOT BS !!

Boreham Wood v Tranmere look s a bit tasty .....

Tranmere down to 10 men after 40 secs and one up after 5 mins with the goalscorer hit on the head by a bottle thrown from the terraces ..........

Boreham Wood equalise in the 8th minute of added time at the end of the first half

Tranmere have already used all three subs before half time =;

Well Tranmere hung on in there & took the victory - hell of a result when playing with a man down for almost the entire match.
Most of the other ties still very close affairs with Villa having a slight edge in the first Championship play off...

Congratulations to Tranmere back in the Football League after 3 years.....a good club with decent supporters.
A fantastic result when you consider their defender was sent off in the first minute.

But even more drama in the Scottish League 2 play off between Cowdenbeath and Cove Rangers where the visitors ended up with 8 men after 3 late sendings off.The Highland League side had led 2-1,at one stage, but lost 3-2 to a highly disputed 3rd goal when the Cove goalkeeper looked to be fouled before the ball ended up in the net.

There was even high emotion in the Eurovision Song Contest in Portugal where a man ran onto the stage and interrupted the song being sung by the UK.At first organisers and the worldwide audience thought it was a protest against Everton FC and Sam Allardyce but it turned out to be against the UK Government ! :D

Finally, good luck to Harrogate Town in todays Conference play off Final against Brackley Town.
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.
