Are Leeds Utd being serious ???????

THIRTY NINE QUID for away ticket to Bell end rd. [-X [-X [-X

The maximum they will be able to charge if they are promoted is THIRTY QUID as that is the MAX allowed in the prem..

Why would ANYONE in their right minds pay THIRTY NINE QUID to watch Leeds Utd =;

A cheap day return to Scunthorpe is only 38 quid so you could go to a game there by train, pay for the seat at the ground, and still have 50p left for a pie \:D/

WBA 1 Luton Town 0

Scotland's once and future star Oli Burke on his first start for the Baggies banged in the only goal against Luton in the Carabao.

Leeds United at home to Rotherham today in a rare 3 pm Saturday KO for the mighty whites.
A interesting footnote; If Leeds win today, Marcelo Bielsa will be the first Leeds manager to win his 1st 4 games. 🤗

Indded Statts ..i called granny and advised her and her OAP gang not to travel to mackem turf , fortunately she has a booking to have her corns done and purple rinse Sunday so wasnt planning to go .

In a nice gesture the local council and help the needy society in Scunthorpe have asked all traveling Iron fans to take with them any old jumble , items of clothing ,old wellington boots, warm blankets used tea bags , fag papers and soap to hand out to the locals in the face of what promises to be a harsh winter both on and off the pitch . Snow is forecast for Sundays game.

Up the Iron , claret n blu all way thru !!!

And to think that Fort William almost had Hart until Dyche had a brain fart.

He could have been a local hero!

...or maybe not.

"BASSONG TRAINING WITH QPR

Former Tottenham and Newcastle defender Sebastien Bassong is training with QPR.

The Cameroon international has not played since March 2017 and was released by his last club Norwich in the summer that followed.

The 32-year-old played an hour of QPR’s Under-23 fixture against Nottingham Forest yesterday and is understood to initially be looking to gain fitness.

Rangers are bottom of the Championship having lost their first three league games – the latest a 7-1 defeat at West Brom on Saturday."

just as well he didn't play at West Brom on Saturday as it would easily have been double figures.

Cheltenham Town have 'parted company' with manager Gary Johnson just four games into the new League Two season.
The club made the announcement following the 1-1 draw at Macclesfield, in which both sides picked up their first point of the campaign.
The 62-year-old ex-Cambridge United, Yeovil, Bristol City, Peterborough United and Northampton Town manager had been in charge since March 2015.
Assistant Manager Russell Milton has been placed in temporary charge.

Well, after a pointless and goalless first 3 games its no real surprise if you cant beat a poor Macclesfield side.
Macc did lose some of their title winning squad in pre-season but 9 still remain.New manager,Mark Yates, has made over a dozen signings of which only a couple appear up to scratch. He is playing his new signings at the expense of last teams players.Fans are disgruntled already and it is hoped Mr Yates will get his old managers job at Cheltenham back. :badteeth:
