had the drama with screws and now 80 % of the roof sheets have indent scratches have sent them all back as per bluescope guidelines they are to be replaced or colourbond won't give warranty.
so this is another 2 week delay.
other than that is going ok for a thailand build
Where are you getting the colourbond from, and how is it getting to you?

Twice we've used the Ban Hat factory and collected ourselves. The next roof is coming from SteelAndSolar and they will deliver and install. So I'm very interested.

I hope harry has just thrown in a model shot of the finished product. :D

Harry I had a problem with the screws for my bluescope roof as well. Didn't send enough. All fixed now.

Harry,
Your thread seemed to have dried up all of a sudden. I was enjoying that too. Do you have any updates on your build please?

Harry

Well, now there's a definite Thai happy ending.
Well done and looks great.
Good kitchen and colour scheme, easy on the eye.
Enjoy that beer around the pool.

I see you have a Fila in one photo, we got her brother from Doug and Lek, he's being naughty at the moment and trying to learn good habits. Maybe he can meet his sister one day.
I'll meet him for the first time this weekend. Getting very big fast for around 12 weeks. Hope he likes me. :D

That's some good budgeting there. I genuinely thought you was going to go over by more than that. Pretty impressive =D>
