Ok Ok
I before handing final payment over. have to work here you know(JOKE)

Well I think paul is taken the fotos and I pm d a few others who replied Thanks a lot for you interest,

Its not a private investigation its just hat the last payment is getting sent on friday and will not be with the builder until next wednesday when my wifes mother will hand over the money. I just want to make sure everything is in order before final payment. I dont need a structural engineer just sombodys view on the "Project" as its my last few bucks. You all know when a builder leaves and finished its not easy to get him back. its cost me nearly 4 mil now with exchange rate etc, and i havent got a Wigwam over here . A 3 bed semi here is about 700.000 euro only second in price to tokyo. Anyway its 15 mins from Big C turn on motorway to Khonkaen. its behind the post office and facing a large lake called nong pong nok pau the area is
nonsoong pa wai 4 according to my wife here in dublin. beside wat ba where the monks hang out. Thanks for all your replies and interest. I will be there on the 11th of july for six weeks and you are all welcome to the opening of the house with the monks. I plan a large 6 pice band from the Charoen complex and fireworks. All you need to bring is a knfe and fork and a bottle opener. You people on this forum a great people and you have changed my mind on a lot of things I thought negative. My wife will let me sell the 3 rai in 3 or four months this I need for a deposit on a house here. So we can move out of the rented Wig Wam here.

Thanks again and I will inform you of the all day party. Lets hope we dont bring the HOUSE DOWN

Wow,that doesn't look like it is 4 weeks from completion and as you said in your request for photos, the photos that the builder sent you were not very good! They look to me as if they were designed to deceive!I hope you have not overpaid the installments!

Stan, you know better than that, 4 weeks in thai time is 4 months. Looks like it will be ready on time. 8)

Just a thought. You do not want a rushed job :!: What I posted above is correct, 4 weeks to a thai is 4 months. Might just be time to bite the bullet and do nothing, relax, since final payment has been made. Maybe have Paul take some pictures in 4 weeks. 8)

Thanks again Paul I saw the rest of the fotos on my e-mail..

I am not happy whatsoever. Can anybody drop down and apply a little preessure to the builder/ He is apparently a good man but caught up inother projects. I paid for all marble and granite ICI brickwork, Specialised roofing to cool the house, Polarised windows stainliss steel veranda and stairway .chandaliers from china, American fully fitted kitchen and doors and fittings all Supposed to be AI american quality standard. None of which I see in any of these fotos ... Sorry its 8..am here and I thought I would wake up to see my dream house after 7 months of work paid for on time every month, well its not the case.

When my wife wakes up there will be words,, as I trusted this builder because he built a lovely house for a german friend of mine near Big C..

Anyway anybody good at the Thai language to speed up the process radically, I will pay you by western union but you may have to act as an ambassador rather than a muscle man, I.E. I am not just a stupid farang on my own in Udon with a Gold ATM.

Sorry if the post is over the top but its all the money Ive got and after 7 months I expect better than this pile of crap

I agree with Dakota! You will probably not gain anything and could possibly lose alot with any big confrontation and a push to complete quickly!Since you have already paid,I would wait if I were you and hope that they complete the job! Here is hoping they don't just walk away as they have no more money to get!
