If you have a Testosterone check, you must also have E2 (Oestrodiol).

However, a cbc & Thyroid (t3,t4) is also useful.

As I said before reduce Carbohydrates.

Where does the weight you lose go?
Answer that and you know that "Eat less and breath more" should be your mantra.

Congrats.. Well done.. What s your secret ? Have a nice evening.
There a few different things I changed which mainly were on a normal day, no food between the hours of 6pm to 8am, then when you get up have a breakfast such as eggs and toast , or porridge and fruit, then a light snack at 11ish but only if you feel you need it, Take the bulk of your carbs at your lunch meal, and in the evening a meal consisting of salad and meat, or a soup, fish and salad, with a few bits of fruit after.

No tea or coffee after 2pm because I always felt when I drank tea or coffee I needed a biscuit or something sweet with it, with water I don't have that urge maybe that's just me but it certainly worked.

Some form of fitness every day for at least 30 minutes, I found swimming and light jogging the best for me, occasional weight lifting but mainly cardio exercise.

Drink plenty of water because we often mistake thirst for hunger apparently.

And finally soon as you get down a bit dump your fat guy clothes \:D/

The other & more radical 'solution' is to have surgery. \:D/

I had a hip replacement 4 weeks ago, & have lost 3.5kg.

Btw, had it done at Fort Prajak Hospital. The Surgeon Dr Walin is excellent, & the nurses very caring.

He has a Clinic just by the roundabout up from the prison.
I'll start a thread about my experiences, when I have time.

I think this is the Clinic number: 0910583535.

I said 'think' because it might be his personal mobile.

The best way to exercise and get in shape, according to science.
Any exercise is good exercise but when it comes to losing body fat, some forms of exercise are much more effective than others.

If you want to lose a few kilograms you probably think that jogging or going for a run is a good place to begin your weight loss journey.

While running can help burn lots of calories, it is unlikely to give you the results you are after.

According to a leading exercise scientist, running alone isn’t the only thing that will make you lose fat.

Shawn Arent, the director of the Center for Health and Human Performance at Rutgers University says that even if running is good for you, there are other factors that are needed to help your body lose fat.

Shawn says that while running isn’t “a bad thing” it shouldn’t be the only thing you rely on to get in shape.

Instead, Shawn says that including resistance training to help build muscle is a better way to go and that making sure your diet is on point is most important.

“Modifying your diet in a way that supports the proper macronutrient intake at the right times is going to do a lot more you than just running”, Shawn told Tech Insider.

“It’s hard to outrun a bad diet,” he added.

So what type of exercises are best for weight loss?

Consider using HIIT – high intensity interval training – that alternates between short burst of intense exercise followed by a low intensity recovery or rest period.

HIIT training is good because it can be applied to any type of exercise.

A example of a HIIT workout that can be done a treadmill is 30 seconds sprinting followed by 20 seconds of rest – repeat 10 times.

A 20 minute HIIT workout using only your bodyweight which you could do anywhere is:

3 rounds, 45 seconds exercise, 15 seconds rest

1. Push ups
2. Squats
3. Lunges
4. Burpees
5. Sprinting on the spot

Isn't curious that when we humans find a task that is to difficult for us to accomplish alone,we seek help from a higher power than ourselves ?But , usually not until we have exhausted our willpower to do the task ourselves and , even then , we need to completely believe we are ''doomed'' before we let go of complete control of the situation , and even then , many of us choose to succumb to the problem ,pride and arrogance being the biggest problem , IMO.At least it is in my case ,many call it EGO .

That is a great hotel workout when the hotel doesn't have a fitness room. I do them -- except for the "Sprinting on the spot". Instead, I do jumping jacks.

I incorporate push ups, burpees (squat thrusts) into my weight training. The leg exercises (squats, lunges) are already there with added weight resistance. Bulgarian Squats and Pistol Squats are an advanced exercise and really improve let strength and circulation.

My cardio is on the elliptical. Usually an hour with high intensity bursts.

Thanks for that link and the info.
