I've never eaten at Wine Society....but saw this poster in front of Tesco UD Town.......the offer is good until the end of March....2 glasses or wine or 2 glasses of beer and you get to choose 2 dishes from a list of five. (The dishes appear to be appetizers......but hard to tell just from the poster).
#1 is some sort of salmon stomach yam dish
#2 is dried beef or pork with somtam
#3 is some sort of stuffed squid
#4 gyoza
#5 Beef Carpaccio (I guess they couldn't figure out how to say it in Thai).

Udon Wine Society is another good place to go.
It is quite expensive but the food and beer/wine is very good quality and the service is excellent.....note I've only had the farang food not the Thai.
They also have/had a very good band that start about 8.30pm and go on until after midnight.
For 499 baht the beer/wine deal looks good,particularily if they are large glasses.
Airconditioned.....quite upmarket.....no riff-raff
