A pickup truck laden with passengers inside and in the back hit a 10 wheel truck head on during a rain storm.....on a curve near Kumphawapi Lake on 12 Sept. Three passengers in the front died at the scene and 11 other passengers were injured.
According to the article, the accident happened on a sharp curve during a rainstorm. If I read the photo correctly, the truck was completely in the wrong lane at the curve.
