They've [PEA] have been doing their "infamous all day power line upgrades" in our area lately. This week it was Wednesday and Saturday (09:00-17:00). At least they're giving advanced notice now, so one can make some plans.
Yesterday we decided to rent a room for the day at The Gallery Guest House. Very impressive room plus good service =D> :

We haven't tried any of the buffets yet, however the breakfasts and pancakes were good.
Their brochure stated: "Free pick up service Airport/Central Plaza/UD Town".
