Today I went to the Royal Project Shop in Central Plaza and bought a full salad. Iceberg lettuce, European style cucumber, radish, small tomatoes, European style celery and sweet peppers. I paid 40 baht here and there and as little as 20 baht for some but I have to say the products were really crisp and fresh. If you like a salad I'd recommend you give it a try, it's very good quality and IMO much nicer than the usual "local" stuff.

When we are in Udon and Central, I know my wife likes to look in there. She's usually come out praising the quality and value for money.
