Small house and land for sale.

We have a small, old, one floor Thai style house for sale, standing on the corner of a 254 sq. wah plot.
The plot has a concrete road to the front, government mains water, 3BB internet on the opposite side of the road, and connected to electricity with meter. House already has a house number.

50% of the plot is heavily planted with mature trees, but 25% of the plot is quite clear ready to build a luxury Farang style house. The small Thai house could then be demolished.

The plot is situated in a very small village of Don Dang, Na Phu, in the province of Phen. 20 kms north from Tesco Lotus in Udonthani, and 2 kms west from the main highway. Probably equidistance between Udon and Nong Khai.

We are asking for 550,000 baht. Title is clear, and we have 2 chanotes to cover the entire plot.

its only down the road from me..
in acres, how big is the land...245sq wah sort of throws me..
I will be motoring thru Phen 11th Oct, so if still available will call in..

had a look on the house and land last year already. IMO your price is far to high.
Why?
Rotten house, land very close to railway tracks, close to local wat.

A friend of mine would offer 300.000 THB. He is Thai.

In principle I am OK with that. The land is in my wife's name, and in 10 months time, I will not be here. I have a maximum of 6 months to live due to cancer.

Perhaps we could all meet, or discuss on the phone, the fine details.

Obviously the chanote would only change hands when the final payment had been made.
