10 years ago (last month), we here in Ban Dung, saw the untimely demise of Dean Goodchild the owner of the 5 Bell Bar. As he was away at the time it was leased by Kostas, a young but charismatic Greek, chef and other things - not mentionable.
Well any way, apart from everything else, he was the only guy we have seen who regularly placed seasoned Lamb Chops and other Greek delicacies on the bar as afternoon "Tappas" (bar snacks) for his customers. Hard to beat, had a great Farang customer base!
