And also when "The Grand Opening" actually takes place? Duration of the promotion? and what is included for B950 or B690 ?

I have used Trip Advisor and also google to locate and so far NOTHING

I wouldn't call until some answers are produced to the above questions

JUST A THOUGHT .......Maybe a good idea for prospective guests and or any genuine interested persons to click on the Old Inn Loft Banner sponsorship banner on UM home page , leads you directly to the Hotels website including map , info , lots of images and very importantly contact details .

Looks to be in a very central location , impressive and appears to have a lift ... good value ?? at 15 quid a night i would say definately.

Ah, the newly built place next to the Sports Bar.
They are certainly building new rooms for rent in the centre of town at the moment.
I am surprised that the market/outlook is so buoyant for visitors to Udon

Stayed at 'The old Inn' the other night, excellent rooms, a lift to get up, will be staying there again no problem as it is competitively priced.

I just finished a 4 night stay. The rooms are basic but clean and new. WiFi worked great and you can’t beat the location. A big downside is the lack of a safe in the room. I brought this up with the front desk but they didn’t seem interested in the suggestion.

That is a big oversight IMHO but I have stayed in a couple of other 2-3 star places around town and in the boonies and it's quite common that they don't have them. Maybe make a suggestion via their website since the staff may not mention it to the owner?

Had checked this place and facilities for a friend who may visit town and the website says "Safety Deposit Box".
