Forest Green Rovers 3 3 Exeter City
Port Vale 1 1 Yeovil Town
Both still in it - just!! :D
Hartlepool United 1 2 Macclesfield Town
The Silkmen went behind just before half time. Two very late goals saw them snatch the points though.
3rd. in the league, a point behind Sutton & Wrexham

I have been looking at a few of the teams and I will be looking at the Doncaster v Scunthorpe cup tie with interest. I have always liked cup football, a local derby is even better.

Following Leeds United is a bit like being on a roller-coaster. Over the years we have had our ups and downs. (ups and downs)
So is it better to support a club who are just like a roundabout, or a roller-coaster? The answer is clear. LUFC everytime.
As a mater of interest:
Average Attendance so far this season. 1 · Leeds United, 32,199. 2 · Aston Villa, 29,880. 3 · Sunderland, 27,675. 4 · Wolverhampton Wanderers, 27,117. 5 · Sheffield Wednesday, 26,505. 6 · Derby County, 26,370. 7 · Sheffield United, 26,294. 8 · Norwich City, 25,429. 9 · Middlesbrough, 25,165. 10 · Nottingham Forest, 25,042

LUFC - the peoples club. \:D/

Note that this weekends footie programme could well be disrupted by Storm Caroline which is currently bringing strong winds and snow, particularily to Scotland,at the moment.
Today the snow is likely to spread to Northern England and then on Saturday and Sunday it will reach many parts of the UK,particularily the West of England and Wales where between 2cm and 5cm of snow is expected.
Amongst the games at risk are the top of the table Conference clash between Macclesfield and Wrexham which is due to be screened live on BT Sport at 12.30 lunchtime GMT.....mixed feelings about this as Macc could do with the TV revenue but their star player is suspended.
The weather should be pretty chilly for both the Liverpool and Manchester derbies on Sunday but they are likely to go ahead unless the roads leading to the the ground are deemed unsafe.
I would think most of the matches in Scotland will be postponed this weekend.
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.

I have been looking at our much loved teams mentioned on this thread. I I think I should give my support to one of them.
i am narrowing my choices down. I quite like the idea of Scunthorpe, unfashionable and unloved as they are. (Except by members on this forum.) DM, is your offer of a membership pack genuine?
