Often wondered about that too.

Does it mean Thai people or anyone living in Thailand (ie including us)

Can never understand why a company will offer something but only to those from another country - whats the story there ?

I hate to patron any place that has this posted, but they all seem to have it when looking for a hotel on-line!

So I guess it does not apply to me or tg! :roll:
