Are you serious, leave the drugs alone you deluded individual, unbelievable but coming from your mouth very believable, you should be a comedian... sorry you are already. F me.
You can F you. I'll pass.

So you can't answer the question, and you don't like the response. Image So?

You have pigeon-holed yourself in with the other no-fact, no-research, no sources crowd of just blind Hate-America talk. Congratulations.

So the US fights for independence and that is ok, the Vietnamese cannot fight for there independence from the French, and when they get it the US installs a puppet government, power to the people, they lost every battle but won the war, ok then I get your logic, NOT, fool.

You seem to have a serious reading comprehension problem. Where did I ever state that the US won the war? Where did I say that the Vietnamese cannot fight for their own independence? The conflict was political from the start, and it was not fought by the US to win it. It is a perfect example of why the US should not be in any alliance with any foreign country.

Read the history of the runup to Vietnam from any source you choose and make your own judgment. If you want to hate America because of their involvement in Vietnam, you're entitled to your opinion.

Personally, I hate that we got involved in it, but I understand why it happened. But I'm not going to hate my country because of it. Yeah, I'm on that high horse again.

Have a good day, fatbob.

NOTE: None of this has anything to do with Trump. It's the usual Hate-America stuff that crops up in every thread about the US no matter what the topic.

Who the hell has America liberated Lonestar? You are the only person I know that even considers Iraq to be a better place now, get off your high horse. You never answered about Vietnam, ...
For one, EUROPE. Study history much?

Vietnam was a two-pronged mission for the US -- assist ally France and stop the growth of Communism in SE Asia. Then France bailed and the war wasn't fought to win. Study history much? You can read about this just about anywhere.

If you perceive me being on a high horse, it is the high horse of facts and sources. I'm happy to be there.

Do you know of ANY US base anywhere in the world where the country it is located in doesn't want them there? I've got news for you. If they didn't want us there, we wouldn't stay.

NOTE: None of this has anything to do with Trump. It is the usual pattern of America-Hating that seems to enter any thread about the US on any topic.
1. France had already left...
2. Stop the growth of Communism... ](*,) Why?
Americans were/are more indoctrinated than the Vietcong/Chinese/Russians combined.

Ask those who created the policy and the mission. I already stated that I wasn't happy with the involvement there.

As with the other America-Haters here, you're entitled to your opinions and your hate.

see there you got it wrong , you can't hate a country , people yes , and just because your not liked don't blame that on other americans. I got a good American friend that will sit with you and tell you how much BS Vietnam was, took a bullet for corporate America, and still to this day has no explanation of why he was sent there. look people just don't like you or your extreme vulgarity . nothing to do with America hating. it's you they dislike , hate I don't think comes into it. it's just people like yourself and giggles that dirty the image of America. as I said , plenty of Americans that cringe at your posts

Funnily enough neither have a whole lot of the alleged 81 first-year "achievements" being touted by the clown circus know as not-the-MSM. Some, maybe half-a-dozen (not including the Trump EO's that only serve to annul the Obama EO's) are undeniable, genuine, incontrovertible deliveries on campaign promises... well done that man!

But the rest? I am pretty glad that they obviously ran out of time in pulling some of them out of their butts before having to go to press as we've already had a great laugh at US (Vice) Presidential types laying claim to stuff they hadn't ought'er.

What next? The sky is blue because Trump EO'd it?

Looks like Trizzump got just as booed as he was cheered at the Bama' / B Dogs game.

He looked genuinely worried that this younger generation was having none of the sycophantic idol worship that the "forgotten" types get all hot for.

You be the judge. Sounds 50/50 at best ok maybe 60/40.

Glen Simpson Testimony Released!!!

All the treasonous (and worse) behavior of Trump and his minions laid bare for all the world to see.

https://www.scribd.com/document/3687727 ... from_embed

For those (like me) not bothering to follow the nonsense on this thread, Fusion GPS commissioned the infamous dossier of Trump and cohorts' nefarious associations with Russian actors. While many assertions of the dossier have been independently proven TRUE, there remain many yet to be confirmed. More importantly is the fact that NONE of the assertions have been proven false. Simpson, in his 10 hour testimony, elaborates on details found within the dossier. Happy reading!

Well I have got to Page 152, so far and the only things of interest is that,

1.It would appear that many, knew of Manafort's suspected associations/ties with a number of Russian Oligarchs, back in the early to mid 2000's. Apparently common knowledge? :-s
2.That Paul Manafort and Senator John McCain also meet with a certain Russian Oligarch (Oleg Deripaska, one suspected of being tied to Russian crime and so banded from travelling to the USA and one also close to the Kremlin), shortly before or during the 2008 Presidential election? (It doesn't indicate a date) :-s

Nothing else of interest so far in the first 150 plus Pages or first five hours?

Have to troll through the rest another day

For those ignorant of congressional hearings in the US federal republic system, NO congressional body has the authority to seize evidence, indict anyone or even arrest anyone for anything. They are hearings. Period. They deal with oversight. Period.

Any investigation that would result from a congressional hearing would have to be initiated by the Department of Justice through one of it's many sub-agencies. The FBI is one such sub-agency.

I will be surprised if anything comes of this dossier foolishness.

Moon Jae-in credits Donald Trump for inter-Korea talks

Post by Giggle » January 10, 2018, 5:56 pm

South Korea’s president, Moon Jae-in, has credited Donald Trump for creating the political backdrop to this week’s inter-Korea talks, and echoed the US president’s warning that Pyongyang faced more pressure if it continued to conduct missile and nuclear tests.

Speaking a day after senior North and South Korean officials met for the first time in more than two years, Moon suggested that US-led pressure on North Korea over the past year had helped bring the two sides together.

“I think President Trump deserves big credit for bringing about the inter-Korean talks, and I want to show my gratitude,” he told reporters in Seoul. “It could be the result of US-led sanctions and pressure.”

and could be the result of young Kim Jong Eun thinking "WTF!! This guy might be serious!" I hope that we don't once again fall for the allure of "negotiations" from the Norks and give them anything.. They've pulled the rug out from under "diplomacy" numerous times..

North Korean "negotiations", har de har har.

Some Communist Chinese strategist probably called this play as a natural counter move to Trump's Sabre rattling.

In the chess game of it all now Trump can't take center stage away from KJU, he's irrelevant with the South Koreans falling for the Chinese / North Korean bait.

Only way to win this game is to force China's hand, get them out in the open and exposed, somehow neutralize this bull dog of theirs. They're pulling all the strings and have us in check. Talks buy their side time, always have.

I bet the Norks cause drama at the Olympics by withdrawing at the last minute over a made up perceived slight. Huge PR value.
