does anybody know anywhere in udon that sells them , going on short hols tomorrow and just tried
to charge battery and its dead , its a " pentax s7 " thanks ...

Assuming they are AA size and marked re-chargable you can buy at Big C, Tesco or the major big bulk stores also camera shops but they are expensive.

no macca , its a single battery about 25 mm square and 5 mm thick with 3 copper electric points . it says " pentax " on it .

Ok I think then you will have try the camera shops there are few in Central.

Bit late in the day here, but .....
Having trouble with my own Canon camera. TODAY, was directed by Big Camera (offered to send away to BKK for repair, taking 2 months!)to a shop very near to Central. The guy there suggested my problem related to the battery on the board and has held it for repair.
The small shop, frankly, looks a mess, but the guy seemed to know what he's on about. It's the last shop in the row of businesses which includes the Rock Bar (correct name?, Steve's bar in the distant past, I think) , coming away from Central.
If you've no joy elsewhere, maybe he can help?

I know what battery you mean and in Central, Camera Shops had them a year ago, i needed one for a medical instrument

wazza , i phoned a few of the shops in Central yesterday and they said they didn,t stock " pentax " batterys i dont
know why that is but might be worth a quick look .

kopkei , i can see the pentax battery i need on the Lazada page you posted 420 baht , cheers for that .

I could be wrong, but i think its a standard camera battery, Cannon digital camera used the same battery also .....so do other items.
