I'd like Newcastle to win that one Alan but I don't think I'll put a fiver on it.

I don't know much compared you guys about English football. But so what? That's not a vice. Poor manners is.

The English Premier League juggernaut is very keen on foreign interest in its product. One reason I chose to support Everton some years ago was the enthusiasm for focusing on Everton in this thread. So I've hung my hat with Everton and I'm very happy with that. :D :D :D
Hmmm, what's your game, No.93 and who said you could remove your ball gag?

Hopefully an $85 million dollar goalie is made of such stern stuff that he isn't too affected by that cock up.

I hoped for more from the Toffees but they're still above the Thai favourite Man U.

Not forgetting Cardiff 2 Arsenal 3 in the early game....Cardiff played better this time around and were maybe a shade unlucky not to get a point.
However,I agree, that Cardiff and Huddersfield look favourites for relegation this seaon.
At the top the big 3 go marching on with 100% records.....Liverpool,Chelsea and.....Watford :-s
I actually had Watford as one of the three most likely to go down before the season started but may well have to revise that now.
Currently the bottom 3 are West Ham,Newcastle and Burnley....luckily they all have good managers which should be enough to keep them up.
Crystal Palace 3 defeats on the bounce....whats going wrong,Brian ?
This weekend no EPL or Championship as its an International break already. [-(
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.

Yeah, I know but one can dream... anything's better than more ManC, ManU hegemony IMHO. Chelsea, Liverpool and Everton have already been there, done that albeit some years ago for some and Spurs and Arsenal are the forever also-rans. So it's nice when some bargain-basement grafters upset the rich, overpaid and predictable.

Watford started well last season then feel apart blaming Everton for unsettling their Manager will be interesting to see how this season progresses. They obviously have talent and play as a team should so...

Everton 1-3 West Ham

The Merseyside powershift continues as Jordan T Rex concedes more in one afternoon than Alisson has all season. If only he had bigger arms ay blues......🤗

On a side note, did anyone keep hold of Allardyce's number?

Well the mighty Whammers had their first win last night against a very mediocre looking Everton, West Ham looked quite organised with their forwards and midfield looking very sharp, but, their defence was very patchy, loads of holes when the toffee's went on the attack, thankfully they completely lack someone who can finish and we got away with it. All in all a well deserved win for the Hammers.
The forest was shrinking daily but the trees kept voting for the axe as its handle was made of wood and they thought it was one of them.
