UNBEATEN Iron .. 1-1 against the Mackems in what was a really entertaining game .

THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT the future ginger  hope not DM not a fan of the sweaty one ........ from bottom to top of L1 form table and rumours SFMcall is being lined up to take the Newcastle job when Raffa is sacked ?? the ginger one commented .. its very flattering to be connected to the soon to be vacant magpies job and i will consider any offers that come my way .. the constant all year round baking sun n balmy temperatures that Scunthorpe offer are playing havoc with my fair Scottish skin and its costing me a lot in sun block .. JOCK TW8T

Peterhead, despite losing the 2019 opener against 3rd place Clyde, have won both the following two games and are now tied at the top with early season pacesetters Edinburgh but have the better goal difference and a game in hand.

Bit quiet here on the Dirty Leeds front?
Yesss!
OTBC.
FarkeLife.
FarkeBall.
Whatever you wish to call it.
I said last season to watch us this season and that i believe we have the best coach in the division.
At least he doesn't need a translator.
Watched Bielsa being interviewed post match yesterday looking at his feet whilst answering questions in Spanish, then translator translating into English.
Just don't get it. Training field, dressing room etc, how that all comes across.

This is why we love it. When (almost) everybody hates us.
A bad day at the office for LUFC yesterday, but we've bounced back before and will again.
16 games to go, 48 points to play for. I recon' if we can get 30 of them, we are going up.
Bielsa has done an amazing job with the team which is largely the same as last season, and when we have had injuries, and we have had plenty of them, he's not afraid to bring in youngsters from the academy.
With regard to his press conferences, win, lose or draw, that's how he does them. Even when it's in Spanish he never makes eye contact.
His English is improving, he can now say 'fish 'n' chips' and 'eee by gum.'
The future's bright, the future's white.

MACCLESFIELD BRING IN GOATER

Former Manchester City striker Shaun Goater has agreed to coach Macclesfield’s U18 team, the Sky Bet League Two club have announced.

The 48-year-old Bermudan is the latest big name to join the Silkmen’s coaching staff since Sol Campbell was named manager in October and former Manchester United striker Andy Cole became a forward’s coach.

“I’ve got a lot of knowledge to offer, so why not?” Goater told the club’s official website. “We’ve been talking over the past few months, but it wasn’t right in terms of different things I had on, now it just feels right.

“I’m excited because I’ve got good energy and I’m enthusiastic.”

After last night's dramatic game at Villa park, tonight it's the smoggies vs Leeds United.
A draw would be OK for the mighty whites, but 3 points will do nicely as I can't see Norwich having too many problems against Ipswich tomorrow.

Just for a moment I thought we were going to lose our record of scoring in every away game so far this season.
We keep leaving it late, and this is not good for my blood pressure, but what a season.
