This Rasmussen Poll knocks the hell out of all the Leftist sources I've seen. I have a tendency to trust their polling (not always), since they were one of the only ones that predicted that Trump would win. I didn't even think he would win, but I had hoped so.

Amazing that USAT actually admitted that Trump's policies have revived the middle class.

STILL STEADY WINNING.

I think that there's little doubt that border security is an issue about which most Americans are concerned. The question, however, is whether a wall is the most effective solution, a question about which there is much less agreement.

I am for the most effective means at different locations dependent upon the terrain. A wall for the entire length of the border would be impractical and a waste of money.

A combination of barriers, technology and manpower would suit me fine.

But the laws need to be changed to make deportatations easier. It costs us a fortune to house these invaders.

Invaders strikes me as a bit strong. I'll stick with trespassers. And, even as trespassers, we should be providing them with medical care and the like as necessary. And even trespassers get due process through the courts. But IMO they're here illegally and should be deported. And the ones who claim danger if they return to their home countries? We have a procedure for claims of asylum. If they apply for asylum immediately upon arrival, they go through the process for determination of their asylum claim and can remain here until completion. If they don't apply on arrival, and only apply once they're caught as illegal immigrants, then I would deny them the opportunity to apply for asylum.

When the numbers are in the thousands seeking to overpower border security, I classify that as INVADERS. Peaceful lines of illegals would be a different story.

As it is now, I've read that over 80% of those claiming asylum are rejected. If there is no room at the detention center, the current law requires that they be given a court date and released into the US. Only 3% show up for their court date.

It's a circus.

The SNAP program of food stamps has been on a decline since 2012 and over 6Million are no longer on the program

Not just Trump but another Administration has also contributed
Lets report the whole story not just part of it

You may create a running tally of the past if you wish. Do it correctly next time and show the highest number of Americans on foodstamps ever and the greatest number of Americans out of the workforce -- on Obama's watch. If those numbers improved before Bayrack left office, the numbers were better for all Americans, which was an extremely rare occurrence during the Obama reign.

Lots of things happened up and/or down in previous adminustrations. Whether food stamps were on a downward trajectory or not before Trump, the fact that they are being reduced shows that Trump is indeed MAKING THE GRADE.
