A half-naked woman caught masturbating in public continued to pleasure herself even after she was handcuffed and put in a police car, it is claimed.

Dovie Nickels, 26, is accused of continuing to behave indecently after she was arrested with no pants on for performing a solo sex act on the patio of the JW Marriott Hotel in Austin, Texas, on Tuesday evening.

Austin PD officers were called to the hotel after a worker claimed to have seen Nickels ‘holding a silver object’ against her privates ‘with her legs straight up in the air, spread open.’
