And I’m not just referring to Boston College where AOC received her economics degree.
Yes, Oc-Co Loco has a degree in economics. Boston University must be so proud.
Ironic that the source you quoted about how she is misinformed says that she went to BC. You correctly identified that she went to BU.

Yes, I noticed that. But it doesn't change the lunacy of Oc-Co Loco's ideas and responses.

Then if it doesn't matter why mention it and try and drag down Boston University

If you are corrected then say so and move on But you seem to throw it aside like an old piece of _______?

Frenzied. You are so ready to find something wrong that your emotion gets the best of you again.

The writer of the article was wrong. I am correct, and UM stated such.

Oc-Co Loco attended Boston U, NOT Boston College. I'm sure that Boston College grads will tweet the hell out of the writer for her mistake.

Had GWB and Bayrack allowed a failing manufacturer to fail and file bankruptcy normally, instead of bailing out the loser with taxpayer funds, the void would have been filled with a successful auto maker in a free market.

Business never absorbs losses forced upon them by big government -- through laws or even social justice nudging.

Labor is a commodity based on supply & demand. Those components determine wages.

According to the US Department of Labor, there are approximately a million more jobs than there are people searching for work. The US may have actually reached statistical ZERO unemployment.

Brazil’s Bolsonaro set to visit Trump on March 19 to discuss turmoil in Venezuela: White House

Date: March 9, 2019
Source: CNBC
Food and medicine shortages under Maduro’s rule have caused a flood of Venezuelans to flee across the border into neighboring countries. The U.S. has sent relief supplies to the region but the political and economic crisis shows no signs of ending soon.

According to the White House, Trump and Bolsonaro are also expected to discuss trade issues and military ties between the two countries.

Earlier this year, Bolsonaro said he might allow the U.S. to operate a military base in Brazil as a check against Russia’s influence in Venezuela. Russia supports Maduro and in December sent several military aircraft to Venezuela to participate in joint military exercises.
Trump was one of the first to call and congratulate Bolsonaro after his election victory.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: “We should be excited about automation”

Date: March 9, 2019
Source: SXSW speech
Robots have put half a million people out of work in the United States, and researchers estimate that bots could take 800 million jobs by 2030. But New York congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez says that widespread automation is an exciting proposition–as long as some kind of government safety net is in place to equitably help the people who are displaced.
It's always about government with LIBs.
“We should not feel nervous about the tollbooth collector not having to collect tolls. We should be excited by that. But the reason we’re not excited about it is because we live in a society where if you don’t have a job, you are left to die.”
So full of bullshiggity.
She painted a picture of what automation should do for society if government systems ensured that the wealth it creates lifted everyone up instead of just a select few:  It would enable people to spend more time on education, creating art, and scientific research and invention–“more time enjoying the world we live in,” Ocasio-Cortez said to cheering crowds. “Not all creativity needs to be bonded by wage.”
LIBs hate work, but want all the benefits of work and capitalism.

And here's the big kicker.
“We should be working the least amount we’ve ever worked, if we were actually paid based on how much wealth we were producing, but we’re not,” she said. “We’re paid by how little we’re desperate enough to accept. And then the rest is skimmed off and given to a billionaire.”
When someone accepts a job, they do so voluntarily. Don't like it after being on the job? Quit and go somewhere else.

The guy who created the company and the jobs is the one who took all the personal and financial risks. They get the greatest reward.

If it's such a horrible place to work, eventually, everyone will quit, and the business will have to close.

LIBs like Obama and Algore -- while calling out past administrations for trying to influence business of other countries -- try to influence the business of other countries.

You can't be a LIB without being a HYPOCRITE.

But LS read on concerning Mr. Gore
"The multi-millionaire did not press the issue, of Brexit, however, explaining: “I have enough problems in my country, with the crazy Trump.”"

He didn't want to influence other countries business and preferred to stay way from the issue. One sentence from Al G should not be considered influencing governments over the world. Nit Picking I would say you are
