Trump sends top officials to Beijing to continue China trade talks

Source: CNBC
On Feb. 22 Chinese President Xi Jinping had delivered an optimistic message to Trump, calling on the U.S. and China to redouble their efforts to meet halfway on a trade deal that had been the subject of high-level bilateral meetings in Washington that week.

Lighthizer, who had attended the Oval Office meetings, said negotiations had made some progress but noted that “a few very big hurdles” remained.

The U.S. negotiators will be accompanied by Deputy U.S. Trade Representative Jeffrey Gerrish and other senior officials from the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and the Department of the Treasury.

According to Sanders, the United States looks forward to welcoming a delegation from China, led by Vice Premier Liu He, for meetings in Washington starting on April 3.
Important for both countries, but China's economy has been hit hardest by the current situation -- through tariffs and through their economy's internal weaknesses.

Democrats continue to be their own worst enemy. Something new this time.

Commie Bernie Hit with Complaint Over Illegal Alien Staff

The Federal Election Commission received a formal complaint from the Coolidge Reagan Foundation. Sanders has violated campaign federal election laws by hiring at least three foreign nationals. It can be considered foreign intervention.

FEC regulations stipulate that foreign nationals MAY NOT participate directly or indirectly without permanent resident status. It is also illegal for a foreign national to donate funds to a political campaign.

You can't be a Democrat without being a Hypocrite.

GET TRUMP for almost three years over PHONY conspiracy with Russia, and then they hire illegals on their campaign staffs. It's just the Democrat recurring theme of hypocrisy.

New Round of Sanctions on Iran

Source: US Treasury Department

The world's number one state sponsor of terrorism has been smacked with more sanctions by the Trump Administration. The Iranians, with Obama's millions of dollars of help, have sought to widen their sphere of influence into Syria, Yemen, the Gaza Strip and continues to fund lethal terrorism around the world. The year 1979 was the last time that the US had formal diplomatic relations with the hostile nation.

The newest sanctions have been placed against dozens of Iranians involved in Iran's nuclear and missile programs. Specifically, the sanctions are against 31 of Iran’s Organization for Defense Innovation and Research.

US Department of State:
Individuals working for Iran’s proliferation-related programs—including scientists, procurement agents, and technical experts—should be aware of the reputational and financial risk they expose themselves to by working for Iran’s nuclear program.
At the time of Trump's withdrawal from the agreement with Iran over nuclear projects, Trump stated:
The deal was supposed to protect the United States and our allies from the lunacy of an Iranian nuclear bomb, but it allowed Iran to continue enriching uranium and — over time — reach the brink of a nuclear breakout.
Prior to the US pullout from Obama's Iran Deal, Israel's leadership managed to smuggle documents out of Iran that revealed their continuing to develop nuclear weapons and that the Obama Administration had lied repeatedly to US citizens regarding the deal to convince the public into not being concerned about the deal. Obama's deal, it was learned later, actually allowed Iran to maximize it's power with Obama's financial aid. The files recovered by Israeli operatives included incriminating documents, charts, 55,000 pages, 55,000 files, 188 CDs.

Benjamin Netanyahu: "Iran lied. Big time. After signing the nuclear deal in 2015, Iran intensified its efforts to hide its secret nuclear files."

US-backed Syrian force declares victory over Islamic State

Source: CNBC
U.S.-backed forces declared military victory over the Islamic State group in Syria on Saturday after liberating the last pocket of territory held by the militants in the country’s east, marking the end of a brutal self-styled caliphate the group carved out in large parts of Iraq and Syria in 2014.

After weeks of heavy fighting, the tent camp where the militants made their final stand in the village of Baghouz was bombed to shreds. All that remains is a field pitted by abandoned trenches and bomb craters, littered with scorched tents and the twisted metal carcasses of vehicles. Half buried in the dirt was a tattered shred of IS’s notorious black flag.

“Baghouz is free and the military victory against Daesh has been achieved,” tweeted Mustafa Bali, a spokesman for the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces, referring to the group by its Arabic acronym.

The elimination of the last IS stronghold in Baghouz brings to a close a grueling final battle that stretched across several weeks and saw thousands of people flee the territory and surrender in desperation, and hundreds killed.

It spells the end of the militants’ proto-state, which at its height four years ago was the size of Britain and home to some 8 million people, but the extremist group still maintains a scattered presence and sleeper cells across Syria and Iraq. It’s not known whether the group’s leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, is still alive or where he might be hiding.

IS affiliates in Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula, Afghanistan and other countries continue to pose a threat, and the group’s ideology has inspired so-called lone-wolf attacks that had little if any connection to its leadership.

The campaign to take back the territory by the U.S. and its partners has spanned five years and two U.S. presidencies, unleashed more than 100,000 bombs and killed untold numbers of fighters and civilians.

But the weekend announcement, in a tweet, was anti-climactic, and on the ground sporadic gunfire continued. A day earlier, President Donald Trump declared that Islamic State militants no longer control any territory in Syria.

Associated Press journalists in Baghouz on Saturday reported hearing mortars and gunfire directed toward a cliff overlooking Baghouz, where U.S.-led coalition airstrikes were carried out a day earlier. SDF spokesman Kino Gabriel said Friday that there were IS fighters hiding in caves near Baghouz and that clearing operations were still underway.

On Saturday, journalists were taken to an encampment in Baghouz where the group had made its last stand — a wasteland of wrecked vehicles, torn tents and scorched trees. A faint smell of rotting corpses hung in the air.

Personal belongings and other items including generators, oil barrels, water tanks and satellite dishes were scattered in the dirt. Cars and motorcycles were turned to rusted, twisted heaps of metal. There were unused rockets, mortars and grenades, as well as a pile of suicide vests. Amid the empty fox holes and trenches stood a building with a huge yellow SDF flag on top.

Ciya Kobani, an SDF commander, announced the end of the operation from the rooftop: “We have been victorious against Daesh,” he declared.
Trump said he would "bomb the sh*t out of 'em." He delivered.

Ilhan Omar is loved by the antisemitic CAIR group in Woodland Hills, California, and is giving a speech at one of their fundraising meetings. Protests against Omar are planned.

Political street artist Sabo is on the march and has put up a number of graphic elements criticizing the antisemite lawmaker.

Trump said he would "bomb the sh*t out of 'em." He delivered.
And there you have it folks.
"Bomb the ---- out of 'em".
Now we've won.
If you think that is great, not only are you one sick MoFo, you are also more stupid than i give you credit for.
So, not only did you bomb the ---- out of the Viets, the Khmers and the Lao, who, to this day still suffer with UXO, you did not realize you had to clear up the mess after.
And you did'nt win.
Thought about rebuilding infrastructure?
Nah.
Thought about the UXO blowing off kid's legs in 5-10 years time?
Nah.
You've won?
What have you won?
Thought about the next generation of kids growing up hating the USA?
Nah.
Hey, i hear there's a war in Yemen you can get involved in.
Oh you already are.
On the wrong side again.
The oil & money side.
Not the moral side.
Maybe if the USA actually had fought a land war on its own soil in the 20th century, ie seen its own mothers & children "bombed to ----" it would'nt be so quick to be gung ho on other people's territory.
Your constant immoral POV just make me puke.

<< US-backed Syrian force declares victory over Islamic State >> LOL total BS. The USA forces nowhere to be seen.
They were KURD backed Syrian forces. Syrian forces loyal to the ASSAD government not the USA.

His ideas are probably as radical on the right. He's a self-described neocon, and wrote a book called A Case for Trump.
