In your post, you mentioned that your house is fully furnished. Does that mean you have beds/living room/dining table/etc.? We've lived in Thailand for 15 years and so we have most our own furniture... just curious.

However, if needed, furniture can be removed. Renting price would be then cheaper (negotiable).
