Re: Premier League 2017-18
Quote from David Sullivan after the Moyes appointment "“He is highly regarded and respected within the game, and will bring fresh ideas, organisation and enthusiasm. He proved with Everton that he has great qualities and we feel that West Ham United is a Club that will give David the platform to display those qualities again.”
What he FAILS to mention is that during his time at Man Utd Sociadad and Blunderland all his fresh ideas, organisation and enthusiasm were kept hidden from one and all, and even the Everton fans did not have any enthusiasm for him to return.
He is an EX Manager ........ the style and standard of the game has now past him by and left him behind (see Wenger and Jose for managers who have NOT moved with the times)
David Moyes now needs to remind everyone why Manchester United wanted him in the first place.
Not sure what being a member of the same LODGE as Sir Alex has to do with him being a West Ham manager :-&

Re: Premier League 2017-18
Any one else wondering how many of the "injuries" to those that have withdrawn from International Friendlies are actually genuine injuries and how many are "fictional" injuries. It does not surprise me that nearly all the players from the "Big teams" that are still in the squads, play in positions where there is plenty of cover in their club teams

West Ham fan poll:
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.

Re: Premier League 2017-18
Or phrased another way (in best Alan Wicker voice) ...."we asked....(pregnant pause) 546 members of Alan Pardews family who should be the next West Ham manager? and 32 said David Moyes " :-"
Re: Premier League 2017-18
Yes, time now for a couple of pages on which clubs have the best crew cleaning their players' boots etc.

Re: Premier League 2017-18
Oh dear !!!
Palace have obviously put their foot down to stop Allerdyce
Unsworth is not wanted
Dyche wants to stay at a club that will still be in the top flight at the end of the season
Moyes picked West Ham
Now Watford have told them to FO
Looks like Graham Alexander is getting closer and closer to the top of the list
Simon Grayson is still available
Leave it much longer and they will be forced into Tony Pullis territory

That will do you NO GOOD whatsoever ....... Rafa only ever plays 4 - 2 - 3 - 1 and Everton haven't got the "ONE" to play up front Everton need a manager that can make 0 - 0 - 10 - 0 work

Re: Premier League 2017-18
"Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Paul Pogba are pushing for a place in Manchester United's team this weekend."
"Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo featured in his first game in seven months when he played 45 minutes for the under-23 team against Athletic Bilbao."
Now who is it they are all so desperate to get back in time to play against .......
Oh yeah, The Toon
Even Liverpool managed to field Mane/Salah/Coutinho/Firmino & Sturridge in the same premiership game against Newcastle and that hasn't happened too often this season

"Oh Yes we have the 1 Upfront Now, A Rejuvenated......Ommur Niasse.... "
Remember my post about things coming back to haunt. Palace wanted Niasse. The story is that he arrived late on deadline day in the same taxi as Sakho. The latter signed, Niasse didn't, came out not looking very happy. Palace unwilling to pay agent fees?
We'll see what occurs this weekend.

Re: Premier League 2017-18
I know, but in my defense I have taken into consideration that Loftus cheek and Zaha probably wont be playing, and I cant really see the other palace players scoring more than 2

Monday nights late kick off actually kicks off at 3am Tuesday here in Thailand.....Brighton v Stoke.....Brighton making a pretty good fist of life in the Premiership,up to now,and should get at least a point off inconsistent Stoke.
