Bl**dy sure "'im up there" knows that I have to get the little 'un from skool an hour earlier on a Friday. Bucketing down at half past three but dry an hour later at the time it's often bucketing down
BTW the road about 300m south of Tesco lights where the old Mazda showroom was (opposite the garden centre) flooded to almost tyre level today ........ first time I've seen it there for about 5 years. Was one of the usual flood areas every time it rained before that.

Re: Rain, where art thou?
Same out here in the sticks. About 5 hours of steady, quite heavy rain overnight. Lots of surface water about as ground is now saturated and Nam has nowhere to go. Missus is worried that ponds will overflow and Pla will "run away" Going back to Scotland for a holiday later this month, looking forward to some dry sunny weather!!!

A world of difference between reservoir levels last year and this!!
Re: Rain, where art thou?
the chart is a bit confusing.. It shows 135 million cubic meters of water as being the maximum capacity of the dam.. What is the "90" shown for 6 October?? Is it 90% of "normal" or is it 90 million cubic meters of water.???
Dave
Re: Rain, where art thou?
I took it that 135 was the capacity & it was currently at 90 - as 90 is 66% of 135 & 66% is indicated above the graph..
