That don't mean nothing, mummy's wrote him a sick note that out weighs any arrest warrant.hes probably going to hide out in some Arab state on palm island.he can't go South America as he's high up on the list for a kidnapping with his money.they should bang up the lawyers for wasting time as well.5 year just to issue a warrant.laughing stock to the world.if the families of the two brits killed in koh Tao could see Thai justice, they might see what the difference between being rich and being poor Burmese is.this tossr tried to get his driver to take the rap.the thing is as well,he parades around the f1 circuits proud as flick thinking he's the man.probably the most hated man in thailand and doing nothing for the image of Thailand and its corrupt justice system...I think someone in the government wants to grow some balls and sort it out pronto, layo layo.

I hope the brat, as he travels a lot, breaks the law in a western country that upholds law and order, and gets the book thrown at him. It's hard to imagine someone can hit and run and kill a policeman or anyone and still not have done any jail time, not a good example to set.....

Hasnt committed a crime in UK only in Thailand ?

Awaiting Thai authorities to formalise charges and then due process ( yeah right ) issue a warrant for his arrest and then ask UK authorities to assist ?

He don't have to commit a crime in England.hes killed a policeman and wanted by Thai authorities and failed to appear on summons at court to face charges.he is an undesirable person hiding out the same as thaksin who is now banned from entering the uk as his money can't help him in the uk.he got out of the uk as it was only a matter of time before the uk sent him back.only last week a male model from the US who had a conviction for robbery was refused entry and had the ok from his parole officer as he was going on a modelling job.this pathetic pr.ck is on the run from the Thai courts and wanted by the authorities.that should be enough but uk has millions of undesirables to deal with with probably a team of 6 to sort them all out.he should be arrested as an indesirable alien then the uk authorities should contact the Thai embassy to see what to do with him.if I was family to this policeman I would contact the uk immigration and report him.even better fly to London contact the press for a photo shoot outside his house with picture banners of what he done.you know what the uk media are like, they would love that one.a screaming mother calling for justice and shaming the t..sser.

And yet it does make you wonder what sort of visa he's employing to remain in the UK. Furthermore, the Home Office and the Embassy in Bangers must also be aware of the controversies surrounding him.

It reminds me of when the UK Govt. let Thaksin remain in Blighty until things got a bit uncomfortable and Gordon Brown nudged the former Thai PM and invited him to move on.

In this current case, I get the impression that there won't be many influential people Thai side asking the UK for his return.

Red Bull UK Pty Ltd would have him employed as a consultant perhaps.

Well done to the media no matter what, Daily Mail might be banned in some places but the international pressure is mounting

I think the little tyke will remain in UK for a while. The British Govt. isn't good at getting rid of Undesirables. Julian Assange, Abu Hamza and Abu Qatada spring to mind.

Yes your right on that one but this wonker is on uk soil and I can't understand why he's not been lifted.the Thai authorities have pussy footed around for 5 years and no one has the balls to do anything.no passport then he's sent to a detention centre as he can't leave the country.it only takes a phone call from the Thai uk embassy to uk immigration and he's stuck in the uk with nowhere to run.just goes to show how far up the line the brown envelopes go.makes my blood boil the whole rotten game.if the police knock at my door I'll tell the mrs to say come back next month,im pre occupied on the bog.thats what's thrown the Thais...pre occupied,oh we ain't heard of that before, must be really important stuff.cant even understand why he was allowed a passport or let out of the country facing such serious charges.

Yes, Assange is in the Ecuadorean Emabassy but the Metropolitan Police spent millions before pulling back on their 24 hour surveillance operation. He's still hiding inside with occasional visits from Farage.

Abu No. 1 (handless) was Egyptian but not sure whether he was on an indefinite stay visa or naturalised.

The same for Abu No.2 (with hands). He was Jordanian but not sure whether he was on indefinite stay or naturalised.

It took 5 years to get an arrest warrant issued so how long will an extradition request take?
The family have paid the policeman's family their blood money and shown their regrets by attending the funeral so as far as they are concerned the matter is closed.
It may offend our sensibilities but that is the reality of Thailand.
I would imagine that Vorayuth “Boss” Yoovidhya's only concern at the moment is how this may affect his inheritance chances.

Yes, it is the reality of Thailand.

But he must perceive a valid threat to his freedom because he remains outside of Thailand. Furthermore, someone in the Thai police sees the pursuit of Yoovidhya as worthwhile.

All fascinating stuff in my view.

Remember this guy will have the best Silk / QC who specialises in extradition cases , so any fuk up on the thai side, will see him walk free in the UK,

Passport is the critical issue, once the warrant is 100% confirmed, cancel his passport and UK authorities can then arrest him and he isnt a flight risk ( as he has already proved from Thaiand ) lol

He wouldnt fly out of LHR, expect him to use his private Red Bull jet and sneak out

No passport in the uk means illegal immigrant.sraight to immigration detention centre with all the rest of the illegals out of the backs of trucks from Dover.not even bill gates could get out of there.then sit him in there for a few days on porridge.he will soon start screaming for mummy.no private jet im afraid,no other country to fly to as no passport.back here only.he will either have to wait for uk to have a plane full of illegals flying to bkk or be escorted on to a commercial flight to bkk.the only way he can be in the uk without a passport is if he's a uk citizen and I doubt if he could ever be one of them..simple cancel his passport and inform uk authorities, job done..its Thailand authorities not doing anything.they can't can't even sort a warrant out.the problem is he will land in bkk without a passport and pass out a few brown envelopes to clear immo and he's home and off out night clubbing, drink driving and having the time of his life.then tell the court he can't appear as he's pre occupied.lol

All his lawyers need to do now is spin this out until September when the last of the remaining statute of limitations expire. Then they can start appealing.

Did you see this report or am I the wheezy boy at the back of the class? There's a request to consider revoking his passport.
