Your right TTony, Johnson has been dealt a cruel blow over the years and hope he can finish this season without further mishaps. Great sportspeople do bounce back and he is one of them along with the Hawks bloke Roughead. I think the Tigers will have it over the Cats.....just, it will be a great game to watch. A few local derbys this weekend, so great watching all around.

Thanks Harry, from now on they will be called the ANZAC meat pie.

On the NRL front, the Rabbits Storm game should be a bonecrusher.

Jonathan Thurston will be playing his last game today against the Broncos and maybe his 4th last game of a great journey. Yep, the Rabbits are going to be in the finals for sure.

Sports this week at the bar. The Kiwis outnumbered the Aussies for the Rugby Bledisloe Cup by about 3 to 1, they must have known there was something in the air, this week game on at Eden Park, NZ.

Not from the Aussies point of view Eric, wait till tomorrow (Saturday) for the 2nd game, the Wallabies will hammer the All Blacks on the sacred ground of Eden Park.

Today (Thursday) will be a great clash between the Rabbitohs and West Tigers at 4.50pm live. The sports board will be put up a bit later. A day for hot meat pies and toasted sandwiches.

I'm missing the AFL. It was only only after reading Sport's post that dumbarse GT93 realized Richmond wasn't playing the Hawks on Friday. Through Friday I had been looking forward to that game.

Bad luck Eric losing by 1 point to the Storm, 29-28. I was hoping as you were that the Rabbits could get up, a great hard and tough game, thoroughly enjoyable.

Today my Panthers go up against your other team, the NZ Warriors in NZ, I don't know about this one, could go either way. And your National Rugby team ( ALL BLACKS) up Argentina and in NZ. How is the weather in NZ btw, great here in Udon.

And hoping the Magpies can knock over the West Coast Eagles and Giants knock over the Swans, yes indeed a great weekend for sports.

Really enjoying the NRL playoffs, so far I think its the best series for a few years. Warriors the first team to bow out of the playoffs with the loser of Broncos/Dragons today to join them.
The weather here the last 10 days has been crap maximum 11c. Missing Thailand so much.
