i have lived in Sakon nakhon now for 4 years in the city

having lived in pattaya for 10+ years before that i wish i had moved to Esarn, Sakon nakhon back then.

its quiet but thats what i like about it, it has this special country thai feel to it..plenty places to go for drinks, lots of good places to eat, Thai french Beef is from there, new Robinsons Mall, its changing fast and getting big,

No beer bars with girls, and No Pub as such...

It feels like Udon 12-15years ago...

hi all,

I'm back after a few years inactivity.

I plan a short visit to sakon nakhon in july with a new gf, she's from sakon nakhon, i met her on my last holiday to thailand. I feel good with her.

Now that i experienced my 1st relationship with a thai woman, i feel strengthened by my experience in this newer relationship. Since I know a bit of the tricks used.

I didn't find any car rental companies with cars available for my planned visit. So I might rent from Lek's in udon thani and drive to Sakon Nakhon, guess a 2 hour drive? Since i'm very satisfied with lek's from my last rental in 2012.

Lek has a good reputation.
I would take a car from Lek too.
