Re: Royal Creek G C

Thanks for the information, Whilst the Wednesday/Friday offer is positive l cannot see it working as a promotion for a group of 5 only. The logistics of co-ordinating tee off times will not work effectively sending out groups of 5. This may suit co-ordinated golf tour groups however the RCGC is fina...

Re: Getting a Thai Passport (for Thai citizens of course!)

Thanks frazeeDK, in going through the process, is there any restriction on a Thai national making that application if a passport from another country is held. My daughter in law let her TPP lapse when Australian citizenship granted.

Re: Chiang Mai

Mally,
For some reason when l type in the name of the botanical gardens at Mae Rim it defaults to ‘individual gardens’ given that the gardens are named after a member of the royal family, unsure why. Having said that, they are well worth the drive, if a senior (60+) no charge for admission.

Re: Chiang Mai

Duangtawan off Loi Kroh is close to the night market and is value for money, serving excellent breakfast. Chang Mai has some great drives out in the country, superb golf and adult entertainment along Loi Kroh. The previous recommendation of the Rivermarket restaurant is right on the money. If you ha...

Re: 2019 AFL Season

Brisbane are playing a grand style, however, nerves nearly spoiled the result on Saturday. Come the finals with only 2 players with finals experience l think they will chock. Western Bulldogs have rediscovered their previous premiership form and whoever beats them in the finals will take it out.

Re: U.S. Politics

I think the point has been missed in Lone Star’s previous post that with a government that promotes a Laissez-faire approach to the economy, with it comes a financial benefit that enables the government to apply the tariffs generated to the vital national social agenda. Forgive me if l am wrong.

Re: Lone Star News *Trigger Warning*

L/S l am locked in with your political views, however l cannot subscribe to the USA position curtesy of ‘the right to bear arms’. The founding fathers at the time of rampant lawlessness enshrined this position per the second amendment. If only they had a crystal ball and had anticipated the callous ...

Re: Finally Some One with a Pair of Balls

Is it reasonable to assume that Vlad is the only reference point as to what has/hasn’t been seen in the UK. Too much to expect an apology for the inference that fake news was being spread.

Thanks LS for uploading the clip, hopefully with such a positive philosophy, Sherrie Murray does not get vilified by the extremes in the left.

Re: Will Trump make the Grade.

Thanks for uploading the clip, articulate and well reasoned, now all l need to do is sit back and wait for the naysayers to contradict the content of the clip, no that wont happen, lets attack the person's credibility instead. Sound familiar?

Re: Trump's US in retreat: racism, domestic pathologies behind global mess

Essex, Labour was the intended spelling given the pain it creates. If you have time, visit appropriate sites and you will find there is no comparison between Bob Carr and Christopher Pyne in relation to recontesting their respective seat and resigning after the election result. Following the change ...

Re: Trump's US in retreat: racism, domestic pathologies behind global mess

Essex, With all your superior knowledge and insight into the workings of the labour party can you explain why Bob Carr accepted the No1 postiion on the Labour Senate ticket only to relinquish same after the election. If he had such regard for Deb O'Neill why didn't he offer her the position prior to...

Re: Trump's US in retreat: racism, domestic pathologies behind global mess

Yes Jackspratt, Bob Carr was elected to the Senate in the 2013 election as he held pole position on the labour ticket however failed to take his place after Labour was routed at the election. It smacked of a child tossing all his toys out of the pram and that it would be beneath him to be a part of ...

Re: Trump's US in retreat: racism, domestic pathologies behind global mess

Curiously, Essex and Jackspratt both failed to reveal that Bob Carr was parachuted into the role of Foriegn Minister without being elected by the Australian voters. He filled a casual senate vacancy and lasted less than 2 years, exiting stage left with the demise of the then labour government of the...

Re: Australian federal politics

Yes Jackspratt, Keating did win the unwinnable when John Hewson went to the polls wanting the introduction of GST. Ironically, since it's introduction and distribution back to the states, we as a society have seen huge improvements in infrastructure, education, health etc. Labor are not the only par...
