Clampdown on Border Runs from 10th May

Does anyone know what is actually happening at Nong Khai, or Nakhom Phanom. The news seems to have gone quiet but there were stories of some immigration posts not letting anyone leave the country. Be interested to know how our local guys are handling the situation.

It's worth checking with your pension company. I have two. One will send in GBP to my Thai Bank without any extra charge. The other will convert in London and send in Thai Baht at a charge of GBP2.50
