I installed CCCleaner a while back and it helped, then Regcure which helped a bit more, but then everyone I spoke to said Norton antivirus was well known for slowing your computer down. Yeah good luck traveller ,if shes the right lady and you decide you want her to stay longer in Aus do everything at your local immigration dept .saves lots of time .you can get a bridging visa so she wont have to go back they wont tell you that in BKK .also I found them a lot more friendly and helpf...
