Re: Children dieing in Thailand on teh Roads

I'd rail on the locals for lack of safety concerns....but then every time I go downtown, I see at least one expat driving his motorbike on the wrong side of the road or without a helmet or a child on the same without a helmet. No doubt, though, all the expats with young children have child safety s...

Re: Children dieing in Thailand on teh Roads

Funny thing here in Canada, helmet laws are mandatory for riding motorcycles. They say it is a safety issue. I agree but if you like to wear a turban you do not have to wear a helmet. The children and young people need to be taught by their parents, the parents need to be educated about safety and fined for not obeying the rules, the police need to enforce the laws, the government needs to care. None of this is happening.
No need the Buddha will protect them.

What a nasty, and exceedingly dumb, comment. :-#
Yes it would be a dumb comment, if they were all wearing helmets.....but alas the comment will probably stand.

60 day extension

Hi all, arrived on regular 30 day stamp, and I am looking to get a 60 extension based on marriage, can anyone update me on what documentation I would need. Not sure if things have changed since I did it in the past. Thanks.

Re: Mass shooting in New Zealand mosques

This would be a good time for New Zealand to reinstate the death penalty. This lunatic doesn't deserve the air he is breathing. I wholly approve of killing terrorists regardless whether they are muslims or not. The problem with capital punishment is sometimes innocent people are convicted. Not much...

Re: Mass shooting in New Zealand mosques

According to Wikipedia there have been at least 12,600 people killed by Islamic terrorists since the 1980s and many today say Islamic extremists are not a big problem. In Canada we are not even allowed to discuss the issue, you can be charged with Islamophobia. Courtesy of Justin Trudeau our idioti...
