We took:- my passport, my yellow house book, our marriage certificate, wife's blue house book, and photocopies thereof, my wife having been advised at preliminary visit that these were the requirements, at Ban Dung Amphur. Oh - and 100 Baht.

Applying for pink card today, I was asked for my blood group. Couldn't remember it, but they issued the card anyway.

At our initial visit to the DLT office, Nong Han, was advised I would need photocopies of expiring D/L, yellow book, passport and visa, as well as the originals and medical certificate. For "visa", I copied the passport page stamped "Extension of stay permitted until ...." Just advising members what...
