A separate letter 'Fit to fly' letter isn't provided but, there's enough information on the PCR test report, which was deemed acceptable at Suvarnabhumi check-in counter. Along with PCR the Airline asked for my vaccine certificate....once they viewed both...I was granted permission to fly.....

Have used the Udon General Hospital twice for PCR travel test...tests taken by English speaking nurses..very good service tests back later the same day...test centre is located on the outside of hospital... directly across from the main roundabout entrance into Nong Prajak Park...situated in the car...

Just a bit of information about the PCR Test for travel.... Udon General Hospital do them for 2970 baht...go early in morning and you collect result same evening...process takes around an hour so longer than BK Hospital but less than half the cost

Thanks for the update gents...thats good news...looking positive..I suppose at least one Udon hotel had to start providing the services owner or later. ...I think booking direct with hotel would be my preferred option in this situation anyway rather than going through the hotel booking sites...

With the new entry rules to Thailand of two PCR tests in a hotel on day one and day five does anyone know of hotels in Udon providing this service. Looking for one for the day 5 test. Don't want to hang around Bangkok for the 5 days and it would be a bit costly to fly to Udon after day one test and ...

8.30am on the dot ant they are off again...only two this morning so far...noise is deafening at house here at end of runway but it only lasts a few seconds..

Thank you Neeemu...looking forward to the break in Udon and seeing the grandkids...just on another note for anyone interested...I live in Ireland and have now to apply for Thai Visa through Thai Embassy in London..the Dublin Consular office is now permanently closed..all applications are done online...

Just an update on the Thai Pass the system seems to have been upgraded and streamlined...applied yesterday at 12 noon...instant email reply with a registration number and email address where you can check progress of application...7am today received email confirming application successful and attach...

Thank you Tamada...I used my company email for my application which in reflection might not have been the brightest thing to do...I will reapply using a Gmail address and hopefully all will be well.

Neemu did your wife get an email notification after submitting her application to say it was received and being processed ?? I submitted application three days ago and have had no email stating it had been received... kinda leaves me in the dark.. did or didn't they receive it.??..as far as I'm awar...
