Disagree that batteries will be smaller. Perhaps that applies for small personal application where a 6 or 12 volt supply is required. Eg being cars, golf carts, wheelchairs, home solar etc. weight is a priority in many of those cases. But , where huge battery storage is required in a mixed renewable...
