Re: An Australian perspective of US gun laws.
Haha a bunch of knitters getting their balls knotted. How much do you think Thailand values western commentary? Yet we all still comment. P.s. It's a crime in Australia to own a slingshot, even a simple child's toy that launches any projectile. Put it in your pocket and you've got a concealed weapon...

Re: An Australian perspective of US gun laws.
I'm on koh mak using dtac edge to connect to the Internet, watching video is out of the question. How about I start a thread called "American perspective of how Australia went from rugged individuals to a nanny state in one generation" Would you care? Do you think I care if you care? Australians can...

Re: An Australian perspective of US gun laws.
It's sadly amusing that anytime someone posts about a rape or death in Thailand an entire group of posters immediately reply with "yes but that happens all over the world" except of course when it deals with America. Strange one that. Someone please remind me, are guns and drugs legal or illegal in ...

I also refuse to vote republican even though it would help keep gun control advocates out of office. Consider that for a moment before you say me and my ilk.

Re: An Australian perspective of US gun laws.
These things happen all around the world taking more lives than the lunatics shooting up schools in America, which is a very small number yet it's all you guys want to focus on. Why is that? Ow about ..... coz if the lunatics going into schools didn't have their hands on friggin' guns they wouldn't...

It's terrible sure, so are the stories of the same thing happening the world over, for example a week doesn't seem to go by without some lunatic in china going into a school with a knife and hacking young kids to death. Or Muslim fanatics kidnapping young girls from schools in Africa. These things ...

He knew he was lying to the American people when he said "if you like your plan you can keep it"
Why should anyone have any respect for him if he has none for the American people?
Even democrats are calling him out on it, som nam naa

Re: An Australian perspective of US gun laws.
You surely are aware that violent crime in America is in a continuing decline, that violent crimes involving guns are an extremely small percentage of total gun related deaths and that what you see as gun related news is completely blown out of proportion because that's what sells Actually, I'm not ...

This place is like an estrogen filled sewing circle. It's no wonder most of you are not allowed to own a slingshot in your home country, you'd only end up hurting yourselves

Re: China Now #1 World Economy / U. S. #2
Something like 6 trillion usd has been siphoned out of the Chinese economy during this growth spurt, bridges to nowhere, vast empty cities and towers etc. all into the pockets of a few well connected families

Neither unfortunately. It's a by product of lesser nation residents trying to tell us how we should live. Guess what, we don't care.

My ex gf was at risk every time she went on a call because her ambulance carried morphine and other good stuff. They were robbed at least once each week, that's why she moved into emergency room trauma, all the excitement without the risk

Interesting. I thought the no gun policy was dangerous for them under the circumstances they deal with. Obviously they need proper training for a sidearm but that's readily available there
