Go to the front main entrance of Central Plaza shopping center. Facing the main entrance from the main road in Udon, Prajaksinlapacom Road,
go left about 75 meters and you will walk right into us on the right hand side.

Hello Udon,
In case you're wondering about some things:

Saturday ALL YOU CAN EAT BREAKFAST BUFFET WILL BE THE SAME AS IT WAS AT SOPHIES- 199baht 9:30-13:30 with the same spread of food. The first breakfast will start next Saturday 25 February.

The ROCKHOUSE music venue will range from 50's - 90's rock to include, Elvis, Hendrix, Doors, AC/DC, Bad Company, Stones, Metallica, Ozzy, Eagles, etc. as well as some Thai rock on Fridays and Saturdaynights during the live music hours.

THE ROCKHOUSE BAR & RESTAURANT (former Sophie's Bistro location) is now open Tuesday-Sunday 12:00-00:30(and maybe later).
Still serving your favorite Brooklyn's pizzas,huge American burgers, Cajun wild wings and Thai food.
We got a brand new look and a rockin' vibe, lower prices and more offerings for you.
Fridays and Saturdays featuring live rock and Thai music from 9:00pm on.

Think i saw "Grits"beeing sold at Villa the other day..It'only corn..and then you add whatever you want moore or less.

I'm not 100% certain but I think they've been soaked in a lye solution and then rinsed and dried prior to grinding. I may be getting that confused with the big grains of hominy. At this moment, without checking, I think grits are hominy that's been dried and ground. Anyway, you never hardly see them outside the US, except Italian polenta, which is ground finer.

Grits are finely ground corn remnants.
Sounds bad, but damn are they gooood!
Most eat them with butter and/or redeye gravy.
I prefer mine with butter and sugar.
Either way we have them and serving them should you like to experience real Americana breakfast cuisine.

Maybe it's just me but somehow I can't get my head round to the thought of eating breakfast to the sound of rock and roll.
My mind flicks back to when Bill Haley and his comets hit the UK cinema screens and all the patrons ripped out the seats to make room for dancing ! Hopefully most of that generation have now matured sufficiently to prevent a repetition here in Udon .555
