You are correct Bob it is the 5th.

You are both correct; Wan Ok Pansa is observed on 5 October, and the highest time of celebrations is on the 6th of October, when elaborate processions and boat races occur. However, since the religious festivities of Ok Phansa occur very early on the morning of the 5th, people spend the 4th preparing the food offerings for the temples.
In order to afford our staff the opportunity to return to their villages to be with their families to prepare these offerings, we are closing on Wednesday.

Regarding your special offers, why is it that your offers are not given to your customers over the phone, we ordered a 16” Supremo Pizza last Saturday ready to watch the football with freinds, if we had known of any offer we were entitled to a free 12” pizza as per your post, the kids would have loved this! the cost of our pizza was nearly 800 baht, surely customers should be informed when ordering by telephone of any offers, really no excuse as my wife ordered in Thai!, as a point, we were informed you had no ham hence we ordered bacon, unfortunately there was no bacon on the pizza and the mushrooms were Thai type, not western as you would expect on a NY Pizza. Delivery was very good and polite and we thank you for that.

Thank you for your order and your comments.
First, you ordered on Saturday and the special you mentioned was offered on Friday, so that’s why it wasn’t mentioned when you ordered.
Although I’m told that your pizza had bacon as you ordered, it is quite possible it was omitted, and we apologize if in fact that was the case.
Regarding the mushrooms, this is the mushroom type that is available locally and we prefer to use this as it’s fresh. The western type mushrooms are canned and that’s why we don’t use them. Although Makro carries this type of mushroom fresh, for us to use it would make our pizzas quite more expensive and not allow us to offer you the great prices and specials we do offer.
I do hope however that you did like and enjoy the pizza.
