Time to swallow my pride and sell this. You oldtimers will remember what I went through with this.
It is 1 rai that has been fill with perimeter wall complete. Underground power to house and water lines around the perimeter. The floor and foundation is in. You can see the location and read the issues I had with the frame in the thread.
My father in law sold us his house in town and I no longer have the ambition to finish the house.
