New Premium Bus Service

Post by fdimike » December 3, 2012, 9:38 am

Nakhonchair bus service is now operating between UT & BKK. I don't know what the schedule is as yet nor what bus terminal they are operating out of. However, Yesterday I saw one of their buses driving north on the Udon Dutsadi Road close to bus terminal #3 which is just south of the intersection of the ring road and Udon Dutsadi Rd. The bus was clearly marked Udon Thani - Bangkok. In the past their service stopped at Khon Kaen. I've taken them to and from BKK on a number of occassions and find them miles ahead of the competition. Their web site is not reflecting the new service as yet. http://www.nakhonchaiair.com/index_en.php

Hi,
Thanks for the info.
I have been using Undon Air for my road trips to BKK. Reclineing massage seats, with a blanket, A Thai meal, not to spicy, with a carton of orange juice and bottle of water, T.V but mainly Thai, clean toilets etc. They charge , last time i went, 405B each way. Got into BKK at about 0500Hrs Just in time to go into the center of BKK have breakfast and then do what i came for. If the new service matches this i will give them a try. The more choice we have got, the better it is.
Thanks Doug.

Thanks Lee. I wonder why the bus I saw was way up on the north side of town? Maybe they are operating out of the northern terminal temporarily until the new terminal is completed.

Their website shows four different classes, wonder price per each, noting only 21 seats in what they call "First Class".

I'll find out pricing for each class if I can locate their temporary digs.
